ESTATE SALES CLEANOUTS & PROFESSIONAL CLEANING FLAT RATES
Posh it Clean uses the square footage Flat Rate Model for all estate cleanouts whether full or partial that will require a deep cleaning upon conclusion.
(see below the flat rate section for hourly rates for general cleans that don't require an estate cleanout.)
Small Properties
(under 1000 sqft)
Flat Rate billing starting at a min. of $260 per day
Medium Properties
(1,050-3,500 sqft)
Flat Rate billing starting at a min. of $760 per day
Large Properties
(3,550 sqft & up)
Flat Rate billing starts at a min. of
$2,725 per day
Hourly Rate Cleaning
Hourly Rates are for Non Estate Removal Cleanings
1. General Cleaning- $35 per hr/per cleaner
General cleaning does not include: stove, fridge, baseboards, walls, or external windows.
2. Deep Cleaning - $45 per hr/per cleaner
